Located near wet market

The bathroom hardware was great and water pressure was very good. The bed was firm and provided good support for a good night sleep. The room was quiet even though the hotel was located in a busy area.

The washer/dryer combo user manual was not self-explanatory and the dry only function did not work. The rug under the bed is a dust collector and it might cause the danger of trip and fall. Housekeeping did not thoroughly vacuum the rug.

Clean and relatively new.Service and location are good.Only issue is limited access to restaurant which only opens for breakfast. No snack or coffee shop either.

The breakfast is terrible. The server is inadequate. The food is below standard.

Good location and 2 years new. Only the swimming pool is not open yet.

Really enjoyed the large size of the room and how clean it was. Location is within 2 blocks of the MTR and right next to the cooked food market, which makes it great for getting ultra local food. I was very lucky to be able to check in early as the room was already made early. Quite unusual for hotels.

Minor quibble is that the disability sink's faucet has no temperature regulation.

the washing machine is very nice all hotel rooms should have this. Place is clean and staff are nice.

Good location close to the metro. The room was very small but that was ok since I was travelling alone. Nice view over the harbour. Nice neighbourhood with local markets and the classic Hong Kong trams.

Good value compared with other waterside hotels. Washing machine, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment in the room all very useful. Water filter machine too. Coffee in the lounge is very good too. Good wifi and excellent shower pressure. 2 minute walk to harbour boardwalk. Market near by too. Will definitely be staying here next trip.

TV channels - not many in English, would like something other than news and food channel. Streaming would be good (there is an option to cast though).

Good accommodation with everything you need for a few days, everything available to experience Hong Kong.

it's not exactly the tourist area but there is a metro station nearby

Good size room. The bed is very hard, basically like sleeping on wood.

Like in most places, the staff was zero in all aspects.

Ascott North Point is a good choice for a short stay in HK. Well located to tram and metro lines. The neighbourhood has good restaurants in walking distance.

Nothing really, the pool was closed.

Given the size of the room overall, they've managed to pack in a lot of amenities like a kitchenette. The room is well appointed and highly functional. Location is great with the waterfront just behind the Ascott. North Point MTR station is just 200m away and lots of local eateries in the area.

The only thing missing is a towel rail near the sink.

Can be reached via a single bus ride (A11 city flyer) from the airport. Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is once inside the hotel despite the busy streets outside as the local meat/veges markets are very close by. Great having a washing machine which we used a couple of times. A few minutes walk to an entrance of an MTR station although it’s down a flight of stairs and close to the tram stops. Made use of the small but quiet gym. Beds are quite firm but we found them comfortable. Taxis and cars can pull in to a garage like space next to the hotel to drop off or pick up.

It didn’t bother us as we weren’t there to shop but it’s not close to any fancy shopping centres.

As always in HK very small room . Gym very small as well even though it is open 24 hours

Location - I loved the neighborhood (lively, authentic residential area with plenty of reistaurants and shops around, close to MTR station, ferry pier to Kowloon and ding ding tram line, nice Kowloon skyline view nearby).Very kind staff.Clean apartment (cleaned daily).Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom.All new and fresh.Comfy bed - hard mattress indeed but I found it very comfortable (and I sleep on softer one at home). Quiet room (I haven't heard any neighbours during my entire stay).

Lack of paper towels and washing liquid in the kitchenette to wash the dishes (the staff did it daily but normally you would prefer not to keep them dirty in the sink).
